The evolution of Human Resources continues to be exciting for this practitioner, and there is no time for stagnation! As business, technological, cultural and economic needs change the workforce our People Strategies need to be fluid and yet consistent. There is no shortage of innovative best practices and new technology to implement, but after a while we may end up with one best practice or new technology after another intertwined with confusing consequences. All with good intention, but without careful consideration it ends up complicating people processes and hindering the objective. For this reason, amongst others, People AIM has a targeted mission of Simplifying People Strategies for an efficient and effective people operation whether a start-up or mature organization.
